Q Frequently Asked Questions Does the Turtle Bus offer beverages/refreshments?

Yes! Our buses are stocked with spirits, beer and non-alcoholic mixers. Any special beverage requests may be made in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Q Can we bring our own alcohol?

Unfortunately NO! With our liquor license, outside alcohol is prohibited. Please note we charge a $125+/- penalty for consumption of/or opening outside alcohol/liquor/adult beverages on our buses.

If you are looking for a specialty adult offering, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to supply it.

Q How many people does each bus fit? (Covid-19 compliant)

We have a variety of buses in our Turtle Bus fleet. Buses can seat anywhere from 18 to 27 guests. If staying within town we can max the bus out at 35 for more of a nightclub feel, with a few guests standing. That being said, we take extreme precaution preventing the spread of Covid-19. Since our buses are fully customized, were are able to keep guests socially distant while everyone is enjoying the “al fresco” atmosphere.

Q Can we play our own music?

HEEYY DDEEEJJJAAYYY!! Yes! You can definitely play your own music. You can be your own DJ while using Bluetooth!

Q When is payment due?

For “individual pay” group outings, an advance deposit is not required when booking the reservation, however, a valid credit card is a must! Once the event has concluded, full payment is due and will be charged to the credit card on file. Also, in some group reservations, a guest count minimum may be required. (That means, if you or your group attendees have not paid via cash or card, before boarding the bus, we will charge the credit card on file.)

For hosted group outings, a valid credit card is a must, as well as a deposit and guest count minimum. (example: if you have a group rate that only applies to a group of 12 guests or more, and you only have 7 guests, you are still obligated to pay for the guest count of 12 OR you can pay the default rate for 7 guests.)

Q Do I need to tip the driver?

Our drivers do work hard and always appreciate tips. Our team is there to ensure the safety of you and all of your loved ones.

Q What is your cancellation policy?

Depending on reservation, for most charters final headcount 48 hours prior to event start time and cancellation must also be done 48 hours prior to avoid being charged in full.
