Where

Colorado Parks and Wildlife values the right of every visitor to experience our state’s natural beauty. To provide this opportunity to the disability community, Staunton State Park offers Action Trackchairs®, which allow visitors with limited mobility to explore designated trails in the park.

Staunton State Park offers slide boards and a sling lift to facilitate transfer into the Track-Chair. If you require special accommodation for transfer into the Track-Chair, you must bring a friend or caregiver to assist.

Due to the inherent risk posed by the Track-Chair itself, and a concern for the safety of your pet or service animal, Track-Chair operators are not permitted to possess pets/service animals while operating the Track-Chair.
