In moving operations to the Depot Arts District in 2000, Smokebrush found a wonderful neighborhood to call home. We obtained a larger space in the historic Trestle Building in 2011 which we called Marmalade where we hosted an amazing variety of healing arts (yoga, meditation, ceremonies and kirtan).
Unfortunately due to some issues regarding 25 Cimino (next door to The Trestle Building) Smokebrush decided to relocate inside the BAC in Manitou (recently renamed The Manitou Arts Center at 515 Manitou Avenue) in August of 2012. The foundation looks forward to very big exciting public art project in the Spring of 2014 and continuing their “Smokebrush Presents” series which now hosts Noches de los Muertos, The Story Project (at The MAC and Ivywild) as well as the new LunaSeed Productions, in their collection of community events. We continue to offer performance events, workshops, classes, film screenings and gallery shows. Smokebrush will continue to announce special multi-cultural performances and workshops as well.
