Our Studio Director and Yoga Therapist, Evan Soroka carefully crafts a class schedule that highlights the best instructors on the western slope ensuring that each class includes strengthening, lengthening, toning and breathing. In addition to our classes, we are proud to be the first in Aspen to offer Yoga Therapy, an alternative to traditional physical therapy. We also encourage all of our clients to build a meditation practice and offer private and group classes that help guide you towards the most important tool in your practice- The Breath. O2 Spa Director, Ferris Nickerson, has carefully crafted a spa menu with medical grade products from iS Clinical and organic products from Naturopathica to create a sensory journey for all clients. NUTRITION At O2, our clients are encouraged to look at their nutritional health for a holistic approach to their personal goals. Jenni Houston, our in house Nutritionist and personal trainer, builds a one on one plan to help personalize your diet.
