Located at Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, CO, owners Michael Davis and Nicolas Farrell are devoted to bringing unique local products and hard-to-find ingredients to the Denver community.
Whether its feta made in the foothills of Colorado or a dreamy brie that made its journey from France, we guarantee high-quality, small-batch cheeses and we’ll always insure that your tasty favorites are in our cheese case. Don’t have time to shop and cook? Our takeout menu includes everything from gourmet deli sandwiches to freshly made salads. Or, if you’re feeling the hunger pangs deep in your belly, have a seat. All of our prepared food is created in-house by our trained staff who also specialize in crafting delicious cheese plates that can be enjoyed with a glass of Chianti.
