Los Parceros

Los Parceros Colombian Restaurant opened its doors in 2013 with a vision to bring to Denver traditional Colombian flavors. We are a family-friendly, cozy restaurant on the bustling E Colfax corridor, between Jasmine St. and Jersey St. Just look for the red umbrellas outside.

We recently updated our interior to reflect our vision, so you feel you are stepping into a traditional Colombian town when you enter. The clay tile roof and whitewashed walls decorated with flowers and folk art are reminiscent of the pueblitos paisas that dot the Colombian countryside.

We invite you to relax, drink a tropical fruit juice or an Aguila beer, and indulge in the flavors of a bandeja paisa (ground beef or steak, chicharron, chorizo, fried plantain, fried egg, rice and beans) or sancocho (a soup with beef, corn, plantains, potatoes, and yuca). We are open for breakfast on the weekends, complete with traditional cocoa and arepas.

Los Parceros offers a wide range of foods including gluten-free and vegetarian options. Los Parceros is available for private event rental outside of our normal operating hours. Please email for more information or ask us when you visit.
