If you and Fido find yourselves in East Vail, don’t miss the chance to drop by Bighorn Park. This charming green space is one of two local parks where canine citizens are allowed to romp off-leash. With pawmazing scenery and lots of furry friends to play with, it truly is a puppy paradise!  Nestled in a residential area, Bighorn Park is a pawtastic spot to let your canine pal stretch their legs and mingle with other doggos. There is no separate fenced area for dogs; pups are free to roam the entire park, with the exception of the playground. If your pooch is still working on their recall, you may want to keep their leash on. Otherwise, let them run to their heart’s content, as long as they stay within sight and under voice command.
