On the east side of North Table Mountain, the 3-mile Fairmount Trail trailhead borders the Arvada Reservoir and Long Lake Park. Parking is limited, so you might have to access the south end at Easley Road between Ridge Road and 48th Place or at Tony Grampsas Park.
This trail system passes through a residential area and falls on an irrigation ditch right-of-way.
