THE SPA EXPERIENCE AT THE BROADMOOR
In order to ensure a relaxing and pleasant experience at The Spa at The Broadmoor, we've answered some of the questions guests of our Colorado Springs spa frequently ask.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
When off property, Spa Reservations may be arranged by calling 866.686.3965. While on property, you may simply dial 5770 from any house phone. We encourage you to schedule your Spa services well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Spa appointments must be reserved with a credit card number or hotel reservation confirmation number. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your arrival and upon check in you may choose an acceptable payment method
CANCELLATIONS
We respectfully ask that you give a 24-hour notice if you must cancel any single appointment. 48-hour notice is requested for multiple services or a package appointment. Cancellations within this time frame will result in a 50% cancellation fee. All no show appointments will be billed in full.
