If you made a booking and cannot attend, please cancel your booking 12 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule appointment otherwise the 50% price of the session will be charged.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the Full Cost of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, Please plan accordingly and be on time.

The massage provided are strictly therapeutic and NON-sexual/sensual. Inappropriate verbal or non-verbal sexual behavior will result in termination of the session, and full payment will be charged.
