Q Exchange & Return Policy

tems must be in a new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached to be accepted as an exchange or a return. Merchandise must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.

Please retain a copy of the order receipt provided in your package and include it with the merchandise, noting the reason for the exchange/return. For exchanges, please also specify the size, color and product number of the item that you would like us to send as a replacement.

Differences in price for exchanged items will be charged or credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For security purposes, our system deletes customer payment information after 7 days and restricts us from charging more than the preauthorized total. As such, a member of our team will reach out to you via email or by phone if more than a week has passed since the order was placed or if more funds are required.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. Rockmount will cover the cost of shipping to the customer in an exchange for orders placed online within the continental United States. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange/return.

If your exchange/return meets the qualifications above, feel free to send your product back to us at the address below using your preferred carrier. We recommend insuring the package and purchasing tracking services for your protection.

Q Shipping Policy

All available products are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Online orders for $99+ qualify for free ground shipping within the continental United States.

If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, we will ship what is available at once. Charges for backordered items will not be processed until they are back in stock. Please note that if shipping internationally additional freight charges will apply. For security purposes, our system only stores customer debit/credit card authorizations for 7 days. We will reach out to you by phone or email in the event that we are unable to capture your funds before they expire.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may also be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once the shipment enters the country. Rockmount is not responsible for charges of this kind. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
