Family owned and operated since 1961, Lechuga’s has been serving up fast, fresh Italian meals in the heart of North Denver for over 50 years. What originally began as a bakery evolved into an Italian restaurant known statewide for our original sausage canolis, square pizzas, and delicious lunch specials. While a lot has changed since those early days, we’ve kept the same recipes since the very beginning, and our dedication to hot, fresh eats and bold, memorable flavors hasn’t changed a bit.
