Q How do I return a purchase I made online at Dardanos.com for a refund?

Return & Exchange Policy:

At Dardano’s Shoes, we understand that buying shoes online can be tough, and we are here to make that process as easy as possible.

You have 90 days to return your shoes for an exchange or a full refund. All we ask is that you return the shoes, or other merchandise, in unworn, original condition with their original packaging.

Please visit Dardanos.com/returns to initiate your return. Provide your order number and email, and you will receive a USPS label for your return shipment.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Once your return has been accepted and processed a refund for the merchandise will be sent back to the card used for purchase. For security reasons we cannot apply credits to additional credit cards. You will be notified via email that your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to credit any refund.

Q Return Shipping Costs:

Items that are returned for a full refund will have $7.95 withheld from their refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Items that are returned for an exchange will not have money withheld from their refund, and the return label will be provided free of charge.

Q How do I return defective merchandise purchased at Dardanos.com?

If you have received merchandise that you believe to be defective or flawed in anyway, please contact our online customer service department at 877-*DARDANO (option#3) or [email protected] within 90 days of your purchase. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please let the customer service representative what is wrong with your merchandise and if you’d like a replacement. If the item cannot be replaced we will issue you a refund. You will be notified by email when your replacement item is on it’s way or if a refund has been issued.
