Cafe Ciboulette

French Cooks once recognized Onion as the Queen of all Kitchens. Ciboulette (pronounced See-boo-let, pictured on the left) is the French name for Chives, the most delicate and flavorful member of the Onion family. With Cafe Ciboulette, we wanted to share authentic tastes of homemade French Crepes, Quiches and Belgian Waffles, and to offer high quality espresso drinks made with locally roasted 100% Arabica beans. Located in Lowry area, near Windsor Gardens, Cafe Ciboulette is easily accessible from East Alameda avenue, has plenty of parking space and a great view on the rocky mountains.
