Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC) is a 45-year adaptive therapeutic outdoor recreation organization offering outdoor activities to all abilities, focusing on those with special needs and disabilities, in Summit County, Colorado.

Available adaptive activities including winter skiing and snowboarding programs at Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain Ski Resorts, as well as summer programs on local rivers, lakes, bike paths, and their very own adaptive ropes course.

We adopt a “challenge by choice” therapeutic outdoor recreation methodology so everything is up to the participant on how far they want to push themselves.
